Made It Monday - Rainbow cushion

This cushion was made some time ago for a floral showcase, using a block motif called The Crocodile Flower.

I just love the combination of rainbow colours on one side, and plain white on the other. I think the wonderful textures in this beautiful pattern go equally well in one colour or multicolour.

The Crocodile Flower is by Joyce Lewis and can be found as a free Ravelry download here

  1. I love it it colors more then just plain white. Never thought to make one into a pillow form so that is neat as well. Good job.

I love this pattern very much, but I have a problem to crochet it, because I don't know the abbreviation words. Can somebody help me, where I can find an explanation outline....

    1. Hi Susanne,
The pattern instructions use American terminology throughout.
      chain (ch)
      single crochet (sc)
      double crochet (dc)
      half double crochet (hdc)
      triple crochet (trc)
      slip stitch (sl st)
Whilst it isn't a difficult pattern, it is classified as Intermediate to Advanced due to the surface crochet and the number of steps involved.
      I hope this helps!
